» Motivation : There are two Welfare officers in this organization who, motivate Staff on personal hygiene, cleanliness, productive health etc.

» Awareness : Welfare Officers aware those of their entitlements, benefits & facilities entitled to them as per law.

» Counselling : Welfare officer provides private & individual counselling.
